This course provides a review of the topics outlined by the Utah Division of Real Estate (DRE), which are required to satisfy post-licensing education requirements for mortgage loan originators.
NOTE: The UT-DRE requires any newly licensed MLO to also complete this 5 hour post-licensure course prior to their first renewal. In order to avoid any disruption in your license status, UT-DRE advises students should complete this course by mid-October, although students have until mid-December to complete and still be considered on-time. This course is only required to be taken prior to first license renewal and is to be taken in addition to the 9 hours of annual CE already required for MLOs (8 hrs + 1 hrs UT-DRE specific training)
