Description

Consumers rely on the guidance of mortgage professionals as they navigate the loan process. Whether for a first-time home purchase or a refinance, most consumers only get a mortgage loan a couple of times over the course of their lives. As the industry changes, regulations emerge, and available products appear, adjust, or fade away, borrowers will turn to their mortgage loan originator to help keep them informed. Staying aware of the requirements that apply to loan transactions in their state is the best way for licensees to maintain a successful, compliant track record. The content for this course is the same as course ID 15965 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2024 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active Oregon license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2025.
