XCEL Solutions makes courses available to authorized users. By registering, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Each XCEL Solutions course is valid for 30 days from your sign-up date. The term “use” means the use and or any exchange of information in connection with using the course. You must provide us with accurate and complete registration information. If you do not, you will be in breach of this Agreement, allowing us to terminate your use of the course immediately. By registering, you acknowledge that you will not cheat on, and take all the quizzes and final tests without outside help. You may not allow others to use your password or course. You are entirely liable for your activities in connection with the use of the course. You must keep your password secret and not disclose it to anyone. By registering, you agree that your course information can be shared with state testing centers, state insurance departments, and any third-party insurance agency or company.
