This course will look at the responsibilities of the Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC) agent, including the agent’s use of tools, techniques, and ideals that can be used to bring consistency and fair dealing to long-term care insurance. Along with an overview of new habits, we will discuss the triggers of an LTC policy (activities of daily living), product features and provisions, and Long-Term Care Partnership plans.
AZ NFIP Required Flood Insurance Training - 4 Hours
This course will ensure that insurance agents, the main points of contact for policyholders and flood victims, have a thorough understanding of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) so they may effectively and competently serve the flood insurance buying public. This course meets the minimum education and training requirements established by FEMA for all insurance agents who wish to sell and service flood policies issued through the National Flood Insurance Program.

This course will introduce the student to the types of cyber-related risk exposures commercial entities are exposed to, steps that be taken to mitigate those risks, and the insurance products that are available to protect these entities when these mitigation efforts fail.
AZ Understanding Homeowners Insurance Endorsements - 4 Hours
This course concentrates on issues relating to the valuation of residential buildings and structures. Most of the discussion will focus on many of the approved insurance forms of the Insurance Services Office (ISO). This course will not focus on the valuation of other personal property, nor does it address issues relating to loss of use.

This course looks at the many types of commercial insurance coverages available and how they meet a business’ needs, including the risks a business is exposed to, principles of risk management, and the importance of insurance in managing risks. Additionally, liability coverage, business property coverage, business auto coverage, terrorism coverage and transportation and communication risks are covered. The course concludes with a look at terrorism coverage.

The purpose of this course is to examine the concept of ethics and how it relates to the insurance producer.
