North Dakota Exam Vendor and Format Change

Effective March 1, 2022, PSI will be the exam vendor for the North Dakota Insurance Producer License Examinations. Additionally, the exam format will change from a two-part exam format to a one-part exam format. This change will impact exams such as the Life General Knowledge exam and Life State Law exam.

Important State Exam Transition Notes

• Candidates will not be able to schedule PSI exams until March 1.
• If a candidate has not passed both parts (Product and Laws) with Prometric before March 1, they will need to take and pass the one-part exam with PSI.
• Each North Dakota PSI exam will contain 110 scored questions and a time limit of 150 minutes.
